Can anyone please calculate the probability of a scooter/car/rikshaw/motorcycle/truck/jeep/bicycle/bus/pedestrian (not)hitting into each other in a 2min 13 sec video?

No idea which city this is. Looking at the yellow autorikshaws my guess would be either Hyderabad or some other city closeby.
